![]() Irylinne | harassmentFri, 27. Jan. 2012 11:01 GMT Hi there, Allyana. As the GM explained in his conversation, we cannot discuss action taken against another player; this restriction exists because of our legal obligation to keep account information confidential. This is important because a) it means that we cannot comment on your daughter's suspension unless she is the one that contacts us or unless you can provide proof of your parent/guardian status, and b) we can't disclose what may or may not have happened to players you've reported for harassment. You stated that no action has been taken despite repeatedly contacting us for assistance, but the fact of the matter is that you simply cannot know that. Likewise, if someone were to report you and we were forced to warn or suspend you, we would not inform the other player of this outcome. You and your daughter should cease all contact with the people you've reported. Place them on ignore immediately and do not reply to any of their messages. Abusive players get their enjoyment by provoking a reaction; if you don't respond they'll get bored and move on. Trust me. :) Finally, if you wish to discuss this matter any further, I suggest that your daughter email WoWConcernsEU@blizzard.com. You can do this on her behalf, but proof of your status as her parent/guardian will be required - a scanned copy or legible photo of both birth certificates should suffice. |
