She's left her authenticator at home and wants to transfer to one for her blackberry (so she can use it wherever she is) as when she bought her authenticator the mobile ones were only available for iphone and android. However, she's staying with me for a week and her "government" IDs are at home; will her payslip, work staff card and bank card(s) be sufficient ID instead? They have her photo, address and name on them. It wouldn't be a problem normally but she's signed up for a raid on Monday and she doesn't want to let her guild down! |

Jan. 2012 17:01 GMT From a Customer Support viewpoint we will still help players who are using the Blackberry Authenticator and this is what I meant in my earlier post. :) If you are using a Blackberry with version 4.2.0 or higher then it should work and you can get it from here: https://eu.battle.net/account/support/mobile-auth-download.html The blog that Missminx kindly linked to explains that we have stopped development support for Java based versions of the authenticator so if it does not work, then we will unfortunately not be able to assist you. I apologise for any confusion caused. |
