I’m afraid I’m still waiting to hear back at the moment but, as I mentioned last night, the appropriate parties have been contacted so should hopefully be looking into things at the moment. :)

As to what will happen with regards to the remaining days of the Contest, while your feedback is appreciated, I unfortunately cannot give any statements or guarantees. I shall, however, post again with an update as soon as we receive any news.

Just posting once more tonight to let you both know that, although I’ll now be leaving the office for the evening, the situation is still being investigated (and our Community team has been made aware also).

It looks like the submission form was actually corrected during the later part of the evening last night, so I’m really pleased we were able to get this resolved well before the deadline.
