Actually, due to the way it works we can't restore the 'mails' per se. Instead we'll be searching for the attachments (items) and trying to restore them via a new mail sent from ourselves.

Amarielle and Shantotto are correct. The details that we ask for are:

• The name(s) of the character(s) that you'd like searched.
• Some additional information about each to narrow it down, like the realm (class, race, level, and faction are helpful but often unnecessary).
• The name(s) of the items that you'd like restored, if possible.

Please bear in mind that the mail box is not a long term storage option, and records are not kept for any lengthy period of time. We'll do our best to find the items for you but there's no guarantees. :)
