Conroy | Battle.net Authenticator Account Recovery – questionFri, 27. Jan. 2012 20:01 GMT Good evening Customer Support, I have placed this thread under this sub-forum as the battle.net contact options did not entail to my specifications. In an effort to increase the overall security of my Battle.net account, I have recently purchased an authenticator which I have paired with my Battle.net account. To ensure the possibility to recover my account in case my authenticator gets misplaced or perhaps even stolen and abused by a malicious user, I have recorded some information which I could provide to Blizzard in case of such an event occurring. What I would like to know, is if the following information will assist in some shape or form during the recovery process, and if I have missed any information which could be of use. Information stored: Full Battle.net account details Email addresses previously used Serial Keys of all my registered games Date/Time of Authenticator attachment Authenticator code used during the attachment External IP address used ISP Authenticator barcode/serial (scanned) Authenticator Invoice (scanned) Shipment Specification of Contents (scanned) Original Battle.net Authenticator Addition e-mail [.msg] (including header information) Original Order placement email [.msg] (including header information) Thank you for your time. |
