Jan. 2012 16:01 GMT I will not take up any names in here because it's against the code of conduct however the situation in my realm is very hectic and troublesome. A player that I've reported several times and most of my guildies have reported and most of roleplaying community is doing continual harrasment and trolling in my realm. It's been quite confirmed he has already been suspended a few times for going to far with he's actions. The current threat he causes is much more frightening however. He has once locked up the ingame roleplaying channel that has been used for cordination and kicked everyone out. Whatever subject he can find he tries to dig as much blood from nose as possible and change every topic against the player by inventing something else. He's been also trying to influence another players by untrue statements and copypastes that are not what the other player has said, despite we've been more prepared to this lately, it has caused major when it begun. My nights have been sleepless lately as I've been forced to guard the roleplaying channel night-time to avoid any type of takeover again, I've been feeling really powerless against this player. He doesn't stop no matter how many times he's told, it only seems to increase he's apetite for it. I hope from the bottom of my heart that Blue would tell him to stop harrasing the roleplaying community of Ravenholdt and all the other players in the realm. This game should have a million different things to do other than trying to hit on virtual avatars and causing discord among players. He could just level up he's character and do something constructive instead, this has been going on for months now. I really have no idea what to do in here as I've ran out of tools and it's really hard for me to do anything as I'm forced to keep him ignored by the request of a game master. I wouldn't like to extend my stay online to night to wait for others to log in just to moderate the roleplaying channel and avoid a new takeover scenario that he has threatened to make. Help me, I'm desperate. |

Jan. 2012 17:01 GMT Greetings Serianne, Firstly, I’m really sorry to hear about the behaviour of this particular individual, and that it’s had a knock-on effect on not only your play but also when and how you enjoy the game. Thank you for not posting the name in question though. Unfortunately, our role here on these forums is very much akin to that of any in-game representatives you may have spoken to about the situation, so I’m afraid we’re not able to act as any sort of higher power in a case such as this. :( If, however, you feel that submitting tickets about this person isn’t enough, and you would like to seek a further review of the entire matter, you’d be very welcome to send an email to our Senior management team at the WoWconcernsEU@blizzard.com address. As long as you’re able to describe things as clearly and concisely as you have done here, and you include names and additional information concerning approximate times at which offenses have occurred (as well as mentioning any previous tickets you or others may have made), a member of Senior staff will be able to investigate further and hopefully take appropriate action to halt any reoccurrence.
