 Metaphysics | Cant log in with EU account.Sun, 29. Jan. 2012 10:01 GMT Hey guys, I decided to delete WoW and to reinstall it, because it took a massive amount of memory. Now when I'm trying to play the game, it's automatically logging in on my US starter account, and I cant change it to my EU account. So basically, I can not play with my main characters. So far everything I tried just isnt working. Is there any way where I can remove my 2 starter accounts and just keep my EU and PTR accounts? Or a certain page where I can select with which account I would like to play. Regards, Metaphysics |

Jan. 2012 17:01 GMT Hi Metaphysics, I’m glad to see that Amarielle has already been able to respond to your query and point you in the right direction as, while you may have been able to play fine using the US client previously (it’s possible to modify one of the files that contains game connection settings so that it connects to realms in one of the other regions), it’s always best to be playing on the right region of game client so you avoid any further complications. In response to the second part of your question, if you’re still interested in having any Starter Edition accounts removed, you’re more than welcome to get in touch with the Account and Payment departments in the region in question – so, ideally, EU for the EU Starter Edition and US for the US Starter Edition (web tickets might be the easiest option for this, and can be made through the EU or US Battle.net sites). :) |
