I’m slightly confused by the fact that Shiennar’s suggestion didn’t work for you, but as long as you’ve passed through a loading screen on your character in the process of ‘leaving the zone’ it should indeed be enough to help resolve the issue.

I notice that you currently seem to be doing some PvP, however, so hopefully if you return to Netherwing Ledge again later today they should no longer be unfriendly towards you. :)
