Daniels | Authenticator switch...Mon, 30. Jan. 2012 21:01 GMT Hi all, about a year ago I downloaded and installed the authenticator to my iTouch. I synched it to my account and its been working fine ever since. I now have a new iPhone 4S and would like to use an authenticator on that device instead of the old iTouch. I'm sure this is possible but whats the easiest way to do this, causing no pain or stress and keeping everyone happy =] Ta |

As Dualstab suggested, the restore code feature of the authenticator is the easiest way to migrate from one device/install to another. Our F.A.Q. contains information on how to do this, though Dualstab has quoted the relevant sections for you already. :) If you run into any problems or need assistance please feel free to give us a call: Account and Payment Support https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/account-and-payment-support [Guide] How to call Blizzard http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/900641450 Battle.net Support - Ask a Question https://eu.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit |
