Faction change error?Sat, 28. Jan. 2012 16:01 GMT

I recently did a faction change however whilst doing i encountered an error which said something like " this character is locked". I tried to enter it all in again and there was another error but it just said " error encountered". after all these problems i looked on faction change menu and it said that the character transfer is pending. is there any way of checking if it has actually worked or not? thanks

Greetings Paladiinz,

I’ve had a look at your Faction Change attempt on our systems here, and it looks like your payment attempts were regrettably unsuccessful, but that the character is still locked and ‘pending’ a further successful payment being made.

You’ve two options, therefore. One would be to try creating a payment profile on your Battle.net account (you can find this under the ‘Settings’ dropdown menu on the main Account Management page, under ‘My Payment Options’) and to then try finalising the payment again, the option for which should be listed on either your Transactions page or by checking the ‘History/Status tab under Faction Changes for the account in question. Or, alternatively, you could cancel the currently pending Faction Change, create a payment profile and then try again.

Do please let me know if any of the above is of help, or if you’d like assistance cancelling your current Faction Change. :)
