I have just changed my card details, I notice there is no option for visa debit by the way. Why am I being told I cannot log in because my pre-paid account has run out? After something like 5 years of playing, you know what? Blizzard might do something loyal for once and actually notice who is regular and has paid thier dues.. sigh spect it is too much for a bit old !@#$%^-* american company who is only in it to make money. |

Feb. 2012 18:02 GMT I am sorry to see that you are upset by the difficulties in updating your card details Floxy but you have done the right thing in contacting our Account and Payment team about this matter. I understand that you are keen to play, but please bear in mind that there are a lot of other players who are also asking for help and as such there will unfortunately be a queue. While you are waiting, why not try a different browser or clear your current browser cache and then try again and see if this helps? I wish you all the best in getting this sorted and hope that you get things resolved soon. :) |
