If you’re only referring to the website (rather than any Character Lists in-game) then I’m afraid that’s fairly normal – it can indeed take a certain amount of time for character data to update online, and we’ve also had a number of other reports of older, now deleted characters remaining in the list until they’ve been effectively “pushed off” the bottom.

Apologies for any annoyance this may be causing you at the moment, but hopefully things will have updated again soon enough. :)
