Feb. 2012 00:02 GMT i am able to log in to my character selection screen but once i choose my character it immediately disconnects me with the error. it allows me to create a new character and play but if i chose my main character i am instantly disconnected. help please. |

Feb. 2012 17:02 GMT Greetings Christobear, I’m glad to hear that we were able to help resolve this situation for you via the ticket system, and apologies if you were expecting us to move your character as a result of your post here on the forums – regrettably we’re not really able to offer direct in-game assistance, nor otherwise expedite any waiting petitions, in order to avoid helping players ‘skip’ the queue (so to speak). If you’re ever experiencing an issue of this kind again in the future, it’s perhaps even better to create an in-game ticket from a different character (rather than a web ticket), as these will go straight to our in-game team directly. :) Hello Dawnwálker, If you’re still having issues logging into your Shaman, please also open an in-game ticket from another character so that our support teams can assist you. :) |
