This topic has been raised a number of times in the past so, if you happen to have seen any previous official responses on the subject of multiboxing, I’m afraid mine is likely to be little different.

Multiboxing, as a practice, isn’t something we’re likely to look at prohibiting in the future, as players using or playing multiple accounts at the same time are rarely, if ever, breaking our game Terms of Use by doing so.

We require that no automation take place within the game, and multiboxers predominantly use additional software to merely ‘send’ the same keypress to each instance of the game client they have running at the time, thereby keeping to our requirement of no more than one action (per character) initiated from a single keypress.

If in creating this thread it was your intention to engage in discussion about multiboxing, or provide your feedback thereon, then you’re very welcome to post again in whichever of our non-support forums is most appropriate (so potentially one of the two PvP forums, if your concerns are primarily regarding multiboxing in PvP situations).

Let’s not allow this thread to deteriorate further into comparing personal experiences or exchanging personally directed comments, please. :(
