Malindra | Name ChangeTue, 31. Jan. 2012 11:01 GMT Good Morning I initiated a name change yesterday for a character on Earthen Ring. I know it can take up to 72 hours although my transactions never have. At 17.56 I received an email saying the change was complete and it specifically said 'your character is now available to play.' But it isn't. I checked again just now & it still isn't, so basically why did I get that email? P.S. With the written word it's sometimes hard to tell, I'm not cross, just want you to know an incorrect email was sent. :) |

We are working to get it fixed right now, but we apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime. |

Mar. 2012 12:03 GMT Greetings Zarche and Imeltfaces, Apologies for not noticing both of your posts sooner – posting in an older unrelated topic unfortunately means that it can be quite hard for us to see the new posts, as we view the forums primarily by creation order. We did, however, experience some issues with our Name Change service yesterday, simply in terms of slow processing of orders, but they should be corrected now so hopefully both of your Character Name Changes have since completed correctly. :) |
