Hello,
I've had this character transferred + a fraction change. So, upon arrival my char had name Str3TFN(something, i guess my name is not available there) And I customized my char, chosen a fraction I wanted and whilst doing that also changed my name to the one I desired.

So when completed customisation and upon entering the "world" a window popped up saying that my char. was flagged for a rename . So, I entered the same desired name and it said that its not available for some reason (I have checked the availability in advance by creating a new character and deleting it straight away).

What say you?

This happens when you action 2 paid services together without logging in between each one.

Either rename your char then make a ticket or log into an alternate char and make a ticket or make a webticket and a GM will be able to either rename your char to the desired name or remove the rename flag so you can keep the name you want.

A bit off-topic, Str. When did you star your faction change and how long did take u / when at what time did it complete?

We experienced some longer-than-usual delays yesterday, but everything should be back to normal now.

I belive there is more GMs on during "normal" work hours, there will stil be people on to help most of the time tho

The more people playing, the more agents we have on-hand ready to help them. Simples. However, during particularly busy periods (patch days for example) our queues can rise and we apologise for that.
