Heya.

The topic pretty much describes my problem. Now first of all, I know that the process can take up to 72 hours. But even if it takes 72 hours, shouldn't it still slowly progress? Because mine still says "pending" on the Faction Change History/Status page in the account management in battlenet and if I check Transaction History it says that it's "Queued".

I have waited approximately 53 hours for the process to complete, but it's still "pending" and hasn't progressed at all. Isn't that a bit weird? I don't know what the problem could be, but can any Blizzard employee check it out and see if there's something wrong? Like, if my payment hasn't gone through or something like that. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
