Nafets | "Lost" support ticketFri, 03. Feb. 2012 23:02 GMT I submitted an in-game-ticket regarding a bug with an achievement that I had, and then logged out for a while. When I came back I saw that my ticket had "Escalated" (at first I was "WTF is this?":S) After a quick Google and asking a friend I found out what it meant so that isn't my problem. Later, I visited the armory and saw the yellow "1" box at support and thought to go check if something had changed with my ticket while I was gone. I clicked the support button followed by the box: Ticket <nr-snip> has been createdAfter that however I came on a page telling me: This ticket is unavailable.Then when I started browsing the other tickets it wasn't there either, (and yes I did select to view all tickets). Finally when I looked my mail for the e-mail of the ticket, that link didn't work either (was the same link as the first box) Now two questions:

Feb. 2012 10:02 GMT Greetings Nafets, As Ipokratis explains, as your ticket was an in-game one, it’s quite possible for it not to display on the web Support Site until after it has received a response or been otherwise updated by our support teams. At that time you should, however, receive an email notification (assuming you haven’t turned this option off within Account Management), and the ticket should then display fully on the site. :) Incidentally, having seen the content of your currently open petition, I should perhaps point you towards the following post as it may explain the situation to you without the need for you to wait further for a direct response; http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3313133019 |
