why is this patch so huge?, my understanding there was to be no new updates til expansion, not only that according to login screen last night it was usual maintenence?

get up this morning to find there a new patch to dl and it 3.2gb!!! well that my wow over with for time being as i use mobile broadband and my usage is 3gb a month and i aint using all that up for wow.
