I remember when I used to PCT that I received several relevant e-mails until the transfer was completed (in total around 3-4 mails I think?)

Now it says "pending", on the website it says it might take an hour, and it's been 2 hours already and I didn't even receive an e-mail about my PCT request...

It can take up to 72 hours to process. They actually don't send 3-4 emails anymore, the process will simply happen. It will email you when completed I believe - but you won't need to actively do anything.

Unfortunately, there is no way to speed the process up Arylia, but if you continue to have issues after that 72 hour time period is up, please contact these guys for further assistance:

You should ALWAYS expect 72 hours Alrylia and plan accordingly. Anything less is a bonus.

Yes, the problem re-emerged shortly after I posted, but it has now been resolved and all transactions are processing normally.

If you are certain that you have completed the payment correctly Doomstalker then please continue to wait.

However if you are still showing 'pending' after 72 hours, you are welcome to contact our Account and Payment team and they will be happy to take a look into it for you. :)

If you wish for the team to be disbanded then the best thing to do would be to contact one of our in-game support representatives and they'll be able to assist you further. :)
