However, I would advise you to log-in to the character before you activate the faction change in order to prevent potential technical issues. You could also consider seeking the assistance of Account and Payment Support as they deal with all issues relating to Battle.net character services. Feb. 2012 10:02 GMT Greetings Forgottn, I’m sorry to say that if it says within Account Management that a payment still needs to be finalised then that’s probably really the case, as a completed Character Service will a fully processed payment would be marked as such. I can see, however, that you also seem to have submitted a web ticket about this situation, and that a member of our support team responded last night, so hopefully they’ve been able to help resolve matters for you. :) |
