Just before blithely clicking the "Accept" button on the new patch's Terms of Use page, I suddenly noticed the statement about character names:

In particular, you may not use any name:
(...)
(xii) That utilizes "Leet" or "Dudespeak" (e.g., "Roflcopter", "xxnewbxx", "Roxxoryou")

I'm not sure how long that's been in the rules, but half the population of most realms are breaching it. Amusingly, there are 55 characters actually named Roflcopter (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/search?f=wowcharacter&q=roflcopter)
