We are aware that there have been delays on faction changes Cavo and the matter is being looked into. I apologise for any trouble caused and hope you get this sorted soon. :)

Before you begin the process it is worth fully logging out, but once the transfer is happening, you'll be fine to play on other characters. :)

I’ve checked your account out, and I’m afraid it looks like your Faction Change is currently ‘locked’ at the payment stage, awaiting a successful payment attempt, and it looks like your two earlier tries were regrettably not so.

As you already seem to have a payment profile set up on your Battle.net account, I can’t recommend that as a potential troubleshooting step, so if you’re not sure whether you currently have sufficient funds for the service then it’s probably best to check before trying any further payment attempts.

In the meantime, however, your character will remain in its ‘locked’ state unless you cancel it through the ‘History/Status’ page (within the Faction Change area of your Account Management – roughly where you originally started the process from), or unless I cancel it from here. I’m very happy to do so, should you wish, but please return and let me know. :)
