Having taken a look at your other thread, it actually does seem like you originally posted it here on Customer Support, but that it was then moved over to our General Forum, due to its contents regrettably not being ‘support-related’ as such and your post appearing more as feedback than a direct question.

Unfortunately, though I can understand that you may want an ‘answer’ regarding Heirloom Transmogrification, I’m afraid all we’re currently able to say is that the costs for item Transmogrification are intended to be based of the vendor sell price, and I can’t see any associated bug reports or known issues with either the cost of the mechanics involved.

Apologies for any disappointment that may cause you, but hopefully it at least covers some aspects of your query. :)
