Hi,

- I have played the gam on/ off for 6 years
-I have reecently moved server from Lightnings blade to Dreanor
- I also changed faction as the guild that responded to me was on horder side.
-This cost £35.
- I now have my other lvl 84 character still on LB, and to move her it will cost another £35.

I left LB as the server was very, very quiet on ally side and I wanted to have one last "punt" at enjoying the game.
I now am, as the guild and server I am now on is very active.
The piont I have is that, people on the LB server are having no way the same gaming experience as on the busy servers and are being very much short changed, and to top it all off I am being charged £70 to enjoy the game, that I am already paying for and have done so for the past 6 years.
I would like request a free character change for my second character from LB to Dreanor, I say free, although I have already paid £35 for my first transfer.

It really grates on me that I will have to pay another £35 to move my 2nd character over, when in reality the gaming and customer experience is very poor, and has been for some time. ( this can be seen how active I was on LB compared to how active I am now)

You ( blizzard) should really address the isuue of quiet servers as people are leaving the game as quite frankly it is not fun and a poor gaming experience, and to top it all off you charge, not only a token admin fee, but quite a sum of money for each character to be transfered and for people to start to enjoy the game as I have. People who start up on these very quiet servers will not stick to the game and you will lose them.

I would like a response to this as to if or why not you will not move my second character from LB to Dreanor. As a customer this would greatly enhance my playing experience and prolong my longevity to playing wow.

I will not pay another £35 to move my second character, so in effect the time and effort will be lost as she will become a "dead" character. If it is not moved, not doubt I will still play the game however my opinion of blizzard and thier products would be very much damaged and I would not be recommending your products to friends and family.

As a customer, and you guys as a company in what now is a very competitive market should take my issue seriously, and in my opinion make it right.
