Feb. 2012 14:02 GMT Hello dear customer support, Alixtar here: I recently RaFed my sister to play with me (character name Pernacfhi) on realm Outland but on my account page it says our accounts are not yet linked when she made her account with the lin k that was in the mail I sent her. The fact is that I can actually summon her and she can summon me but still it says we are not linked...any clue? |

Feb. 2012 18:02 GMT Hello there Alixtar, I’m really pleased to see that it was as Kathrella suspected, and that the website merely had a slight delay in showing the link as active (which it does indeed have an unfortunate tendency to do!). Obviously do please make sure that your sister upgrades her WOW1 account if she decides to carry on playing (as it’s remarkably easy to accidentally create a new WoW account instead), and if you have any further issues or queries then don’t hesitate to ask. :) |
