I’m afraid I’m really very confused by your assertion that you’ve received no help from us, as I’ve checked your Battle.net account and both your WoW accounts and I don’t see any help tickets or requests from any of them since early January (and on an unrelated subject, in fact).

If you do require assistance, you’ll unfortunately need to get in touch with us and let us know that this is the case. You can do so using the web or in-game ticket options, or even over the phone if that’s easier;
