Feb. 2012 23:02 GMT hello, i trying to change my Shaman to another realm but when i try to pay with my Visa it and push Confirm i get this error that u should contact billing support (i have wrote a ticket but i need to w8 14 hours or so) but i also saw it automatically changed it to Master card which i didn't activate. it got to pending also but i have waited over 1 hour so it looks like it didnt work then so im wondering if any1 else got this problem? sorry for my bad english also :> not my best language atm =) cheers! |

Errors during payment usually indicate a problem with the payment information; the most commons mistakes we see are spaces in the card number and typos in the name and/or address.
