Kibi | Mobile Authenticator IssueMon, 20. Feb. 2012 13:02 GMT I did browse the forums and used that thing called a search bar but couldn't find the answer to what I was looking for. Basically I use a mobile authenticator however the camera on my phone recently broke so it's been sent off to be fixed. This causes two problems, one: I can't log into WoW now because I don't have my authenticator, nor can I remove it while I don't have my phone because...well I don't have my authenticator to log in with. Also I've been told from other people that my apps will probably have been whiped off and I've seen a few posts where people have had problems reconnecting the authenticator to the account after having to redownload it. So all in all, is there a solution to problem one? Tbh if the authenticator could just be removed would be good enough for me in general. Also could somebody kindly write up or link to some simple instructions to issue two for when I get my phone back. |

Feb. 2012 13:02 GMT The removal of an authenticator is something that we can help with, as Shiennar said, but for obvious reasons it must be the registered account owner that contacts us, and we will of course need some form of identification. I appreciate that your brother may have given you his account and that you may have been paying for it for some time, but I'm afraid we don't support or allow account trading under any circumstances. If the account is registered to your brother than only he may use it, and you will have to register your own account if you'd like to continue playing. |
