Shankéd | Chargeback issue and billingTue, 21. Feb. 2012 08:02 GMT Hey, When I wanted to transfer my character on saturday to follow my guild transfer i found out that there is a chargeback on my account for some old faction change, which was payed by a friends of mine card some time ago. I wanted to repay this chargeback, but everytime i click on repay button page just reloads, I tried on a few different browsers, and nothing helped. I called billing support number, but there I was told that billing only works monday-friday (which is kinda odd, because your support page says otherwise), and the person that I talked to said that he mailed them my issue, and that they will enable repay option for me, because for now all my payment options are blocked for my account because of the chargeback. I just want to know is this true that billing works monday-friday?, and can some GM please look into my account and confirm that billing was idd notfied about my issue. I really need to transfer some of my characters till wednesdays raid, and i hope to have this issue resolved asap. Thank you in advance |

Account and Payment Support are indeed available 7-days a week, but your case has been escalated to another department for further investigation, and they are only available on week days. This is not something we can discuss here in public, but if you have not heard anything within the next 24 hours then give us another call so we can update you on the current status of the investigation.
