Fallennzall | ticket doesn't show in Battle.Net supportSat, 18. Feb. 2012 23:02 GMT A few hours ago, I created a ticket on my warrior concerning in-game abuse during a random dungeon. I successfully received an email that my support ticket was created under the code #21697977. However, when I try to click the link in the mail, I receive the following message: This ticket is unavailable. You’re either not allowed to view this thread or it doesn’t exist. I also cannot find the ticket under "My Tickets", but it does display on the dropdown menu of the Support button. When I click that button, I get the same message as above. Is this normal? |

Feb. 2012 14:02 GMT Good afternoon Fallennzall, I’m afraid Ipokratis is largely correct, and it’s currently the case that a help ticket created in-game won’t be likely to display within Battle.net until it’s received a response from a member of our support team. Thankfully, you seem to have left the ticket open all the same, and I can see that it’s been resolved within the last hour or so, but apologies for any confusion or concern the situation may have caused you originally. :) |
