It should be possible to make use of your 1 year gametime card in order to fulfil the Annual Pass requirements, but I’d probably recommend making sure that you’re still in a period of paid gametime when you sign up for the contract (just to be on the safe side).

Additionally, do obviously bear in mind that you’ll still need to have a set of credit card details associated with your account throughout the duration of the 12 months – no funds will be taken as long as the gamecard remains in place, but it also won’t be possible to fully remove all credit card details until the Pass contract has finished.
