Good evening,

Today I decided to transfer one of my characters from one realm to another using the 20 euro service. The character is a lvl 10 and first I got a message stating "the amount of gold on this character is too high", bla bla. I withdrew some gold from said character and Battle.net finally let me into the payment screen (after the gold cap was met), in which I had to input the destiny realm & all my card data. The problem came in when I pressed "pay", a message popped up stating "something went wrong, please refer to Blizzard CS about this". I checked my credit card data and turned out it was outdated; so I updated it and decided to start the character transfer process again. Then an error message of "this character is LOCKED" popped in.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with that & what can I do to solve this and have my character transferred once and for all?

Good evening Luthväla,

It sounds like you may just need to cancel your original Character Transfer attempt and start again (or use the option to try and ‘Finalise Payment’ on your currently pending Transfer, with the new payment information this time).
