Hello everyone,

I live in Serbia and I am not able to preform appearance change.I would like to be orc female since male doesnt look so good imo. Anyway I am not able to do the payment from Serbia(country laws etc).On th other hand is is able to do it from Netherlands but it requires some "Ideal" paying system which cannot be added on my account idk why maybe it isn't implanted in Serbia yet.

Anyhow I'd like someone to tell me how to change residency so the payment can be done since I am not able to do it from an account.
