I’m sorry to hear that your prepaid time ran out at such an inopportune moment, and I hope that you’ll soon (if not already) be able to add new gametime to your account and start playing again.

Do bear in mind that any existing gametime, particularly of the prepaid nature, will run out at exactly the same time of day as the card was originally added to the account, so you may either want to stock up with a new gametime card in advance next time or ensure that you’ve added it on a day and time that’ll mean shops are open when the next one expires. :)

I’m afraid to have to state the slightly obvious here, Asdae, but if gametime is originally added in the night then it will obviously run out during the night however many days later (dependent on the length of prepaid gametime added).

If this weren’t the case, we might then be facing the prospect of having to account for the potential shop opening times in multiple countries (including areas with entirely different time zones, such as EU realm players residing in the US), and it’s also possible that players might then make use of the system to routinely gain themselves additional free gametime. :(
