I've been onto my account page and my subscription has been "frozen?" I brought the Annual Pass when it first came about and my sub before then was a monthly subscription. Can someone help me with why my sub hasn't renewed? I cant cancel my account on Annual Pass either so I'm really confused |

You are basically agreeing to continue paying for your subscription for 12 consecutive months.
